Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Betreft een verzamel VTW voor een drietal aanbiedingen welke worden gefinancierd vanuit het OPAM-budget:

CW-0037 Vluchtwegen Irene en Bernhardsluis, CW-0396 Safetywalk KNS,

CW-0175 Signalering machinewerk BDS. De drie aanbiedingen hebben betrekking op veiligheidsissues en verbeteren de veiligheidssituatie in het areaal van PPU2. Dit zijn veiligheidsissues welke voorheen werden geaccepteerd. Maar door aanscherping van het veiligheidsbewustzijn en beleid, is besloten om hier gevolg aan te geven middels beschreven acties.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Betreft een verzamel VTW voor een drietal VTW’s: VTW-1. Vluchtwegen Irene en Bernhardsluis, VTW-2. Safetywalk KNS en VTW-3. Signalering machinewerk BDS. De drie aanbiedingen hebben betrekking op veiligheidsissues en verbeteren de veiligheidssituatie in het areaal van PPU2. De waarde van de aanvullende opdracht is <50% van de oorspronkelijke opdrachtwaarde.
