         Gemeente Vijfheerenlanden heeft ruim 100 gebouwen in beheer en is ook verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van de elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties en vervanging van onderdelen.

         Voor het komen van de huidige situatie naar de gewenste situatie (zie aanbestedingsdocument) heeft de Gemeente tijd nodig. Tegelijkertijd moet het onderhoud en vervanging van onderdelen van de elektrotechnische en

         werktuigbouwkundige installaties gezien de omvang van de opdracht worden aanbesteed en bestaat de behoefte om de uitvoering efficiënter te laten verlopen. Daarbij wil de gemeente een nieuwe Opdrachtnemer ook inzetten om het inzicht in de installaties te vergroten.

         De Aanbestedende dienst wenst voor de duur van twee (2) jaar met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging van twee (2) maal één (1) jaar een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één (1) professionele en betrouwbare Ondernemer ten behoeve van de uitvoering van Installatietechnisch onderhoud en vervanging van onderdelen.
