Betreft wijziging:

VTW-0067: naam: Afvoer NT-Specie strang gedurende laagwater - periode 19-11-201 t/m

02-12-2021

Omschrijving reden van de VTW:

Ten tijde van het ontgraven en afvoeren van de NT-specie in het gebied van

de strang (gebied Oost) is er in de periode november-december 2021 sprake

geweest van laagwater. Als gevolg van het laagwater moest ON met een gereduceerde

lading gaan varen.

Opdrachtsom: € 22.594,38 excl. BTW

Looptijd: Is reeds uitgevoerd van 19-11-2021 t/m 02-12-2021

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

De aanvullende maatregelen zijn noodzakelijk om aan het contract te voldoen. Zonder kunnen de werkzaamheden betreffende het realisatiecontract geen doorgang vinden. Vanwege het integrale karakter van de opdracht worden de werkzaamheden bij de huidige opdrachtnemer belegd. Uitwijken naar andere aanbieders zou tot ongemak, kostenstijgingen leiden en risico"s m.b.t. verdere vertraging vergroten welke leiden tot aanzienlijke kostenstijging.
