Der Beschaffungsgegenstand umfasst die Brandschutzplanung für die Errichtung einer 5-zügigen Realschuleund eines 6-zügigen Gymnasiums mit Tiefgarage, 2 Dreifachsporthallen, einem Schulschwimmbad und dieRäume der Münchner Volkshochschule sowie die Betriebsgebäude eines Sportparks. Die Gebäude habeneinen Rauminhalt von ca. 215 000 m3 und eine Bruttogeschossfläche von ca. 48 000 m2, wovon ein Teil derVersammlungsstättenVO unterliegt. Der vorgesehene Bauplatz liegt im Osten der Landeshauptstadt München.
Technische Leistungsbeschreibung Brandschutzplanung:
Bei dem hier gegenständlichen Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um eine Schulbaumaßnahme derLandeshauptstadt München. Der Bildungscampus umfasst 4 Bauteile:
— Gemeinsamer Bereich mit Mensa, Aula und Bibliothek und Volkshochschule sowie Tiefgarage undRampenbauwerk,
— Gymnasium mit Mint und Kreativ-Bereich,
— Realschule mit Mint -und Kreativ-Bereich,
— Sportbereich mit zwei 3-fach Sporthallen und Schwimmhalle.
Der Planungsumgriff umfasst die Objekte 1, 2 und 3:
Objekt 1: Campusgebäude,
Objekt 2: Vereinspavillon,
Objekt 3: Gerätehaus.

Die Nachtragsleistungen waren in den ursprünglichen Vergabeunterlagen nicht vorgesehen. Da es sich um die fortlaufende Aktualisierung und Ergänzung der BS-Planung des AN handelt, ist ein Wechsel des AN aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich und wäre mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten für den AG verbunden.
