Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Für den Bz.6 sind zusätzliche Kabeltiefbauleistungen für den Umbau Nordkopf Müllheim notwendig,welche nicht im Vertrag mit der Firma Grötz GmbH &CO KG enthalten waren.Das Stammkabel musste getauscht werden, da im ursprünglichen Kabel nicht genug Adern vorhanden waren. Außerdem mussten Spannbetonpfosten für die GÜs eingebaut werden,was oberbauseitig nicht in der Planung enthalten war aber aus LST- Sicht notwendig war. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrages nicht verändert.
