          De VRK wenst de mogelijkheid te hebben om gedurende het jaar op nader te bepalen datum een extra attentie (variabele attentie) aan medewerkers te verstrekken. Dit zal in de meeste gevallen rond de zomer zijn. Deze variabele attenties kunnen aan alle medewerkers verstrekt worden of aan een specifiek team. Deze attentie dienst kosteloos verzonden te kunnen worden naar een nader te bepalen locatie binnen Kennemerland. Indien VRK besluit deze attentie naar de huisadressen van medewerkers te sturen dan zijn verzendkosten bespreekbaar.
