         Doel van de inkoop is het gelijktijdig contracteren van meerdere ingenieursbureaus die in nauwe samenwerking met Rijkswaterstaat vlot en deskundig constructieve herberekeningen uitvoeren om:

         1. De constructieve veiligheid en restlevensduur van een veelvoud aan bruggen en viaducten vast te stellen en;

         2. Adviezen te geven over (urgentie van) maatregelen op korte termijn (bijv. verkeersbeperking, monitoring) en lange termijn (Vervanging of Renovatie) en;

         3. Beperkt beschikbare kennis en kunde van Rijkswaterstaat en markpartijen ten aanzien van herberekeningen zo efficiënt mogelijk in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen, borgen en delen.

         Voor de komende jaren gaat het om ca. 50 beweegbare brugdelen waar een herberekening nodig is.

         De ROK Herberekeningen heeft een looptijd van 6 jaar omwille van optimale kennisontwikkeling.

         De duur van deze raamovereenkomst is vastgesteld op 6 jaar zonder optie tot verlenging
