        The purpose of the Tendering Process is to conclude an Agreement with one service provider for consulting services about the Modernisation of Employment Conditions for Local Employees. This European tender will pertain to the following subjects: 1. The methodology used to determine the salaries of the locally-employed staff; 2. The supplementation scheme for old age pensions, surviving dependents and invalidity; 3. The healthcare provisions for locally-employed staff; 4.         You have experience with the provision of consultancy services in the field of employment conditions (compensation and benefits) for Foreign Ministries, intergovernmental organisations and internationally operating non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and specifically on:

        • compensation (i.e. the methodology used to determine salaries)

        • old-age (pension) provisions

        • healthcare provisions

        • methodologies used to determine other employment conditions for local staff.
