Dit betreft een vrijwillige transparantie vooraf voor het suppleren van het contract met Pilatus Ltd. voor het onderhoud van mechanische componenten op de Pilatus PC-7 Turbo Trainer.

Het Ministerie van Defensie is voornemens om het huidige contract 4600125383 met Pilatus Ltd., met kenmerk 18272999, te suppleren voor het onderhoud van mechanische componenten op de Pilatus PC-7 tot de End Life of Type in 2027.

Voor het in stand houden van de Pilatus PC-7 Turbo Trainer is er behoefte aan een (vervolg)contract voor het repareren van diverse mechanische componenten. Onderhoud aan deze mechanische componenten is momenteel ondergebracht bij Pilatus. Het huidige contract loopt 31 december 2024 af met jaarlijkse optie tot verlenging tot en met ELOT PC-7 (schatting 2027).

Daar Pilatus een Sole Source is beoogt dit verwervingstraject om het huidige contract in stand te houden op basis van de voorwaarden en condities welke geldend zijn in het huidige contract.

Deze aankondiging wordt enkel gebruikt om de voorgenomen suppletie vooraf bekend te stellen aan de markt teneinde belanghebbenden in de gelegenheid te stellen om eventuele bezwaren kenbaar te maken. Indien belanghebbenden, ondanks bovenstaande motivering, bezwaar wensen aan te tekenen tegen bovengenoemd voornemen, dienen zij binnen een termijn van 20 kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging een met reden omkleed bezwaar tegen de voortzetting van deze procedure in te dienen. Explanation:

Contract afgesloten tot ELOT. ELOT opgeschoven van 2026 naar 2027. Contract is sole source tot stand gekomen, gezien Pilatus de enige leverancier is die deze artikelen kan onderhouden. Contract o.b.v. T&I. Ondertussen meer inzicht in reparatiekosten. Kijkend naar daadwerkelijke kosten, suppletie noodzakelijk om ELOT te kunnen bereiken.
