Doel van de marktconsultatie
Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta is voornemens een marktconsultatie uit te voeren ter voorbereiding op een eventueel op te starten aanbestedingstraject ten aanzien van diverse Preventief Medische Onderzoeken. Ter voorbereiding op de aanbesteding wordt deze schriftelijke marktconsultatie gehouden, eventueel gevolgd door een mondelinge toelichting door enkele partijen. In de marktconsultatie wordt aan marktpartijen informatie gevraagd die kan helpen bij de uitwerking van de aanbesteding. De informatie en kennis die worden verzameld kunnen bijdragen aan een betere aanbesteding.
De hoofddoelstelling van de marktconsultatie is om een mogelijk aanbestedingstraject af te stemmen op de visie en ambitie van WDODelta binnen de mogelijkheden die er zijn in de markt.

Een PMO uitvoeren voor ruim 690 medewerkers met een arbeidsovereenkomst in een aaneengesloten periode.
Start eerste PMO in oktober 2024 met afronding in december 2024, optie voor tweede en derde PMO in 2027 en 2030. Het tijdstip van uitvoering van het PMO in 2027 en 2030 moet nader worden bepaald in verband met planning van een Medewerker tevredenheidsonderzoek (MTO) wat eens per twee jaar wordt uitgezet.
