         Tomingroep wenst door middel van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding één inschrijver te contracteren voor de levering van een ERP-systeem inclusief de uitvoering van de daaraan gerelateerde diensten. Tomingroep is op zoek naar een geïntegreerde en zoveel mogelijke standaard SaaS-oplossing. In de Aanbestedingsleidraad en bijbehorende bijlagen treft u meer informatie over de opdracht.

         Alle ondernemers die aan de eisen voldoen worden uitgenodigd een Inschrijving in te dienen. Dat kan zelfstandig, als samenwerkingsverband en/of door een beroep te doen op derden en/of onderaannemers.

         Eerder is al een aankondiging inzake deze opdracht gepubliceerd op TenderNed. De doelstelling is bij deze oorspronkelijke aanbesteding niet behaald en daarom heeft Tomingroep besloten om over te gaan tot deze heraanbesteding. Zie verder ook paragraaf 1.2 van de aanbestedingsleidraad.

         Bij de Aanbestedende dienst maken momenteel circa 80 actieve medewerkers gebruik van het ERP-systeem. Hiervan zijn 40 medewerkers key-users. In de toekomst kan het aantal gebruikers toenemen of afnemen. Inschrijvers kunnen hier op geen enkele wijze rechten aan ontlenen.
