         Overheden in Flevoland, Noord-Holland en Utrecht werken binnen MRA-E samen om een dekkend toekomstbestendig netwerk van openbare snelladers te realiseren. D.m.v. deze aanbesteding wordt een Raamovereenkomst gesloten voor het realiseren, beheren, onderhouden en exploiteren van snelladers in deelnemende Gemeenten en Provincies binnen MRA-E. MRA-E heeft een drietal doelstellingen gesteld:

         - Tijdige realisatie van een basissnellaadnetwerk verspreid op gemeentelijke en provinciale gronden dat meegroeit met de snellaadbehoefte van personenvoertuigen, taxi’s, doelgroepenvervoer en lichte stadslogistiek;

         - Hoogwaardige dienstverlening tegen een marktconforme laadprijs om te garanderen dat gebruikers in korte tijd een toereikende hoeveelheid elektriciteit kunnen laden en uptime gegarandeerd wordt;

         - Gegeven de kaders van beschikbare netcapaciteit en netcongestie ervaring opdoen met de realisatie van toekomstbestendige Snelladers.
