         Chemelot Campus Vastgoed C.V. is voornemens om op de Brightlands Chemelot Campus, gelegen te Sittard-Geleen, uit te breiden aan de noordzijde. Op deze uitbreidingslocatie wordt de Brightlands Circular Space (ook wel “BCS”) gerealiseerd.

         De ontwikkeling en realisatie van Brightlands Circular Space is georganiseerd als een programma. Binnen dit programma vallen de Preprocessing hallen, Material processing hallen en een mixed-use multitenant gebouw (ook wel “Circular House” genoemd) met daarin opgenomen kantoren, laboratoria, vergaderruimten en experience functies.

         Brightlands Chemelot Campus is voornemens een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één marktpartij waaronder deze projecten van BCS vallen en de Cleanroomhallen en zoekt een opdrachtnemer voor de engineering en de uitvoering van deze werken.
