Väylävirasto on pyytänyt tarjouksia Salo-Hajala kaksoisraiteen ratasuunnitelman suunnittelupalveluista. Hankinta on ollut osa Helsinki-Turku nopean junayhteyden suunnittelua. Hankintasopimus on tehty Sitowise Oy:n kanssa. Sopimus on siirtynyt Väylävirastolta hankeyhtiölle Turun Tunnin Juna Oy.

Sopimusmuutoksella sovitaan Espoo-Salo -ratahankesuunnitelmaan liittyvästä kiinteistökohtaisesta meluntorjunnasta. Kiinteistökohtaisen meluntorjunnan suunnittelu ei ole sisältynyt alkuperäiseen tehtävänantoon, eikä sen sisältämää työmääräarvioita ole voitu huomioida tarjouksessa.

Lisähankinnan arvo ei ylitä 50 %:ia alkuperäisen hankinnan arvosta.

VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Sopimusmuutoksella sovitaan kiinteistökohtaisesta meluntorjunnasta, jonka suunnittelu ei ole sisältynyt alkuperäiseen tehtävänantoon. Sopimusmuutoksella vahvistetaan myös muut tarpeellisiksi osoittautuneet lisätyöt (kairausten digitointi, Lokkilanojan rs:n tarkempi yleistarkastus, Joensuunkadun yks. tarkastelu junansuistumiskuormille, Pepallonmäentunnelin avoleikkausratkaisujen vaihtoehtovertailu).

Samalla sopeutetaan töiden valmistumisaikatauluja.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Alkuperäisen sopimuskumppanin on tarpeen suorittaa lisätöitä, jotka eivät sisältyneet alkuperäiseen sopimukseen. Sopimuskumppanin vaihtaminen ei ole mahdollista taloudellisista ja teknisistä syistä, ja se aiheuttaisi merkittävää haittaa, viivästymisiä sekä kustannusten merkittävää päällekkäisyyttä hankintayksikölle. Hankintayksikön käsityksen mukaan vastaavia palveluita ei ole saatavana muilta toimittajilta tarvittavalla ajanjaksolla.
