Constructie aanpassingen op ontgrondingen.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nav peilingen zijn ontgrondingen geconstateerd. In hoofdlijnen zorgt de grotere waterdiepte ervoor dat de belasting op de damwand toeneemt. Zowel oeverconstructie als waterbodem dient aangepast te worden. De bij aanbesteding meegeleverde areaalgegevens bleken niet accuraat, want er zijn in de tussentijd ontgrondingen opgetreden. De wijziging in de bodemgesteldheid had ON en OG niet kunnen voorzien, ondanks een zorgvuldige voorbereiding. Er is geen sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. De wijziging is geen verandering in de algemene aard van de opdracht. De verhoging van de prijs bedraagt niet meer dan 50% van de waarde van de oorspronkelijke opdracht.
