         - Kao dio ponude, gospodarski subjekt obvezan je ponuditi jamstvo za ponude (jamstvo za sudjelovanje) u iznosu od najmanje 3% od ukupne vrijednosti ponude, bez PDV-a. Jamstvo je u obliku bankarskog jamstva.

         - Uvjet za potpisivanje ugovora s odabranim najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem je obezbjeđivanje od strane odabranog najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja za kvalitetno izvršenje ugovora u visini od 10% vrijednosti ugovora.
