        The ESM requires a file reconciliation tool ("Reconciliation Software" or "Software") that can support:

        • xml files with an xls extension, protocol name: XML Spreadsheet 2003 (*.xml),

        • xlsx files,

        • txt files,

        • csv files.

        The Reconciliation Software should require little or no infrastructure and if preferably installed locally and the reconciliations will be run by the ESM team. The software installation effort should be reasonable.
