         Le marché consiste à réaliser, à la demande de l’entité adjudicatrice, des réparations ou renouvellements d’enrobés bitumineux sur les chaussées aéronautiques de l’aéroport de Luxembourg, dont notamment la piste 06-24 et certains taxiways. Soit les interventions font partie de la maintenance courante et sont planifiées, soit elles peuvent être à effectuer en urgence, s’il s’agit de réparations de surfaces défectueuses présentant un risque pour les opérations. Dans ce cas, une mobilisation rapide du personnel et matériel pour intervenir sur site est nécessaire. Les prestations et travaux seront à réaliser dans l’enceinte sécurisée, avec contraintes spécifiques de sûreté ainsi que de sécurité et la plupart aura lieu la nuit pendant le créneau de fermeture de piste. Ils ne seront généralement pas à effectuer « en continu », mais seront organisés en fonction des besoins et urgences d’interventions qui surviendront afin d’assurer l’exploitation et le bon fonctionnement de l’aéroport.
