— management of office partitioning, fitting out, staff moves within EIB premises in Luxembourg including provision of partitions and goods;

— updating and processing the integrated workplace management system platform in use by EIB and workspace software expert support;

— external quality, quantity and budget control;

— management of the green mobility strategy, sustainable and environmental management in relation to workplace management activities and mobility and environmental expert support.
