        Holmestrand Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the service of ventilation installations. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The purpose of the contract is to cover the need for trade services for the execution of minor project and maintenance work in accordance with the requirements specification and information in this notice.

        The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for the Holmestrand Municipality for extending the contract for a further 1 + 1 year, to a total maximum period of four years.

        Start-up date June/July 2023.

        The work will mainly consist of ongoing internal and external maintenance and renovation work.

        Comments to the contract:

        The contract includes materials in accordance with need. However, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to supply these materials itself. See the documents attached to the tender notice for further information about the content of the procurement,

        The estimated value of the contract is up to NOK 6 million for a total period of 4 years. This amount is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.

        The contracting authority reserves the right to publish separate tender contests and enter into separate contracts for assignments with an estimated value that exceeds NOK 300,000 if this is considered appropriate to outsource assignments or contracts as separate contests.

        If deliveries under the contract exceed the stated estimate, the contract will be terminated. See the Court of Justice of the European Union: C-216/17.
