Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Iekārtu ražotājs pašlaik saskaras ar dažu savu produktu piegādes problēmām, kas savukārt liedz savlaicīgi veikt medicīnisko ierīču piegādi un šie apstākļi nav saistīti ar tādu Piegādātāju un Pasūtītāja rīcību, kas ietekmēja Preces piegādes un nodošanas ekspluatācijā termiņa pagarinājumu. Izmaiņas ir nepieciešamas, lai varētu piegādāt un uzstādīt Ierīci. Preces piegāde ir būtiski svarīga slimnīcas diagnostisko pakalpojumu nodrošināšanai pacientiem.
