The Norwegian Tax Administration currently uses Apptio – a proven system that supports TBM taxonomy and provides a complete picture of productivity development.

In connection with planning the procurement of a new contract, we would like to gain insight into what the market can offer in terms of digital solutions that support TBM taxonomy and provide the opportunity to extract data on the distribution of IT costs per business product and per category. The system must provide a cost picture and distribution of costs in the different layers/levels of the TBM taxonomy, unit costs over time and the percentage of total IT expenses. The system should support benchmarking and trend analyses of IT costs.

This request for information (RFI) is being conducted in order to gain insight into what the market can offer in terms of systems that meet the needs of the Norwegian Tax Administration.
