Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Se hace necesario tramitar la prórroga del citado expediente de contratación para continuar cubriendo las necesidades satisfechas hasta el momento, y seguir prestando el servicio de mantenimiento de las instalaciones térmicas de los centros dependientes del Servicio Extremeño Público de Empleo adscritos a este expediente, durante el período comprendido entre el 1 de septiembre de 2023 y el 31 de agosto de 2024, ambos inclusive.
