⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KAWAKAMI Tetsuhiro Director of Kisogawakaryu River Office, Chubu Regional Development Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 15, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Maintenance of Telecommunication Equipment 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment term : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : 1 )not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. 2 )have Grade A, B, C or D on "offer of services" in Tokai-Hokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027 3 )not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening. 4 )not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). 5 )not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned. 6 )The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly. 7 )have proven to have actually fulfilled the service concerned or the service with performance similar to that of the service concerned. 8 )for other qualifications other than the above, please refer to the tender documentation. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of certificate : 16 : 00 (JST) 3 February, 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 (JST) 20 February, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : OONO Atsushi, Contract Section, Accounting Division, Kisogawakaryu River Office, Chubu Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 465, Ooaza-Fukujima, Kuwana-shi, Mie-ken, 511-0002, Japan, TEL 0594-24-5712 ex 220 |
