Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masashi Sano, Director of General Affairs Department, Iwate Labour Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning services to perform in each Iwate Labour Bureau Jurisdiction 7 Government Offices and Hanamaki Government Building institution in 2026 fiscal year ⑷ Services period : From April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 ⑸ Services place : on the specification ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures, Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ A person who is not subject to a suspension of bidding by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ④ Not having received any administrative sanctions for violating laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare within the past year. ⑤ Comply with labour-related laws and regulations. ⑥ In the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare"s qualification for bidding (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, the person must be ranked as A, B or C in the category of "provision of services, etc." by the Director of the Accounting Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ⑦ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about (ⅴ) and (ⅵ)) for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid : (ⅰ) Welfare annuity insurance (ⅱ) Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over) (ⅲ) Seamen"s insurance (ⅳ) National pension (ⅴ) Worker"s compensation insurance (ⅵ) Unemployment insurance ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 p.m. February 6, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kenji Kikuchi, First Accounting Section of the General Affairs Department, Iwate Labour Bureau, Morioka 2nd national government bldg. 5F 1-9-15, Moriokaekinishidori, Morioka, Iwate, 020-8522, Japan.
