Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YAMADA Noriaki, Director of General Affairs Division, Kobe Quarantine Station. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Electricity to be used in Kobe Quarantine Station ⑷ Performance period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery Place : Kobe Quarantine Station ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "sale of Product" in the Kinki district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027 ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑤ prove neither the business conditionnor credibility is deteriorating ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO ⑧ Do not be a period receiving a nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ⑺ Submit a document describing the electricity-provision system to prove their ability to supply the system concerned and meet our requirement in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and explain the contents of the document upon request. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 12 February, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : NAKA MURA Tomomi, Staff of the Accountant General Unit, General Affairs Division, Kobe Quarantine station, 1-1 Toyahama-cho Hyogo-ku Kobe City Hyogo 652-0866 Japan TEL 078-672-9652
