Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : About 426,960kWh per year Electricity ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027 (2 years) ⑸ Fulfillment place : Hyogo International Exchange Hall ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Have the Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders for "Selling products" by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Kinki area in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ② Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under curatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ③ Not be currently under suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ④ Be neither a company whose major shareholders include gangsters nor a gangster. ⑤ Have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑥ Meet the criteria stipulated in the tender explanation in consideration of the element for reducing CO emissions. ⑦ Be able to achieve a ratio of renewable energy power of 40% or more in the total amount of electric power supplied to the Organization. ⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM, January 9, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, Japan Student Services Organization, 10-7 Ichigayahonmura-cho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 162-8412 TEL 03-6743-6022
