Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : GOTOU Takeshi, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Tokyo District Court, 1-1-4 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8920, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75 ⑶ Subject matter of the procurement contract : Cleaning of offices in the courthouse of Tokyo District Court Civil Enforcement Center Building, etc. ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Places for the contracted service : ①Tokyo District Court Civil Enforcement Center Building : 2-26-14 Megurohoncho, Meguro-ku, Tokyo ; ②Intellectual Property High Court and Tokyo District Court Nakameguro Branch : 2-4-1 Nakameguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo ; ③Tokyo District and Family Court Tachikawa Branch Building : 10-4 Midori-cho, Tachikawa-shi, Tokyo ; ④Tokyo Summary Court Sumida Branch Building : 4-16-7 Kinshi, Sumida-ku, Tokyo ; ⑤Hachioji Summary Court : 4-21-1 Myojin-cho, Hachioji-shi, Tokyo ; ⑥Musashino Summary Court : 2-4-12 Naka-cho, Musashino-shi, Tokyo ; ⑦Ome Summary Court : 1-1300-1 Moroka-cho, Ome-shi, Tokyo ; and ⑧Machida Summary Court : 2-28-11 Morino, Machida-shi, Tokyo ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③(A)have Grade A in Offer of Service, etc. classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kanto-Koshinetsu region, or (B)have Grade B in the said classification, meet the said qualification, and be able to prove the record of experience of equivalent, limited to small and medium-sized enterprises/small businesses (referring to Article 2 of Act on Ensuring the Receipt of Orders from the Government and Other Public Agencies by Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) ; ④meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; and ⑤have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court or Ministry of Justice at the time of the opening of bids ⑺ The time and place of application for the qualification of ⑹ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ⑻ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 3, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : HAGIO, Procurement Section, Supplies Division, Secretariat, Tokyo District Court, 1-1-4 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-8920, Japan, TEL 03-3581-2665
