Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : OTAKE Akihiko, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Yokohama District Court, 9 Nihon-odori, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa 231-8502, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75 ⑶ Subject matter of the procurement contract : Cleaning of offices and any other related spaces and facilities in the courthouse of Yokohama District and Summary Court, and other 11 courthouses ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Places for the contracted service : (A)Yokohama District and Summary Court ; (B)Yokohama Family Court ; (C)Kawasaki Branch of Yokohama District and Family Court, and Kawasaki Summary Court ; (D)Sagamihara Branch of Yokohama District and Family Court, and Sagamihara Summary Court ; (E)Yokosuka Branch of Yokohama District and Family Court, and Yokosuka Summary Court ; (F)Odawara Branch of Yokohama District and Family Court, and Odawara Summary Court ; (G)Kanagawa Summary Court ; (H)Hodogaya Summary Court ; (I)Kamakura Summary Court ; (J)Fujisawa Summary Court ; (K)Hiratsuka Summary Court ; and (L)Atsugi Summary Court ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : (A)not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; (B)not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; (C)have Grade A or B in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Kanto-Koshinetsu region ; besides, those who have Grade B in the said classification need to be able to prove the record of experience of offering equivalent or superior service to the case of this bid notice ; (D)The time and place of application for the qualification of (C)shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ; (E)have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ; and (F)meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 4, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : HASHIGAYA Narimasa, Office Service Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Yokohama District Court, 9 Nihon-odori, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa 231-8502, Japan, TEL 045-664-8785, ext. 1206 EMAIL Hashigaya.Narimasa555@courts.go.jp
