Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : KASHIMA Shigehito, the obligated officer, Chief Judge, Gifu District Court, 2-4-1 Mieji-cho, Gifu-shi, Gifu 500-8710, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75, 78 ⑶ Subject matter of the procurement contract : Cleaning and other services of offices and any other related spaces and facilities in the courthouse of Gifu District Court, and other six courthouses ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Places for the contracted service : ①Gifu District Court, 2-4-1 Mieji-cho, Gifu-shi, Gifu ; ②Gifu District Court Ogaki Branch, 1-22 Marunouchi, Ogaki-shi, Gifu ; ③Gifu District Court Takayama Branch, 2-63-3 Hanaoka-machi, Takayama-shi, Gifu ; ④Gifu District Court Tajimi Branch, 1-22-1 Oda-machi, Tajimi-shi, Gifu ; ⑤Gifu District Court Mitake Branch, 1177 Mitake Mitake-cho, Kani-gun, Gifu ; ⑥Gujo Summary Court, 63-2 Tono-machi, Hachiman-cho, Gujo-shi, Gifu ; and ⑦Nakatsugawa Summary Court, 4-2 Kayanoki-cho, Nakatsugawa-shi, Gifu ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A, B or C in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Tokai-Hokuriku region ; ④have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ; and ⑤meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ⑺ The time and place of application for the qualification of ⑹③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ⑻ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 4, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : YAMADA Takumi, Office Service Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Gifu District Court, 2-4-1 Mieji-cho, Gifu-shi, Gifu 500-8710, Japan, TEL 058-262-5127
