⑸ Places for the contracted service : ①Nagoya High Court and Nagoya District Court, 1-4-1 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi ; ②Nagoya Family Court and Nagoya Summary Court, 1-7-1 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi ; ③Civil Enforcement Division of Nagoya District Court and Traffic Division of Nagoya Summary Court, 1-7-4 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi ; and ④Nagoya Summary Court Annex, 1-7-5 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi
⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A or B in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Tokai-Hokuriku region ; ④be deemed that whose business condition or credit does not deteriorate extremely and be ensured the fair performance of the contract ; and ⑤have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court, Ministry of Justice, or Aichi Prefectural Government at the time of the opening of bids
⑺ The time and place of application for the qualification of ⑹③shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency
⑻ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., January 28, 2026
