Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SUGIYAMA Noriaki, Obligating officer Deputy Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 73 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Entrustment of operation pertaining to Support Website for the Specified Skilled Worker to promote the acceptance of the Specified Skilled Worker system, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : 31 March, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B "Offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Have Grade C "Offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024 and have a record of services projects contract concerned of more than equal. ⑤Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 5 March, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TANAKA Ayaka, Procurement Clerk, General Affairs Division, Immigration Services Agency 1- 1-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8973 Japan.
