Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KOJIMA Ippei, Warden of the Yokohama Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 1 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : The contract of a Bento price for inmates of Yokohama Prison. ⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade "C" or above on "Manufacture of Product" or "Sale of Product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by MIC (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024. ④ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligation Officer may specify accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM 27 February 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TAKAHASHI Masahisa, Supply Section, Yokohama Prison, 4-2-2 Kounan, Kounan-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa, 233-8501, Japan.
