Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Mamoru Imamura, Warden of the Oita Prison ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Oita Prison ; Contract 1,000kW ; the estimated electricity for the fiscal year 2,719,517kWh. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026. ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A or B in "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Have Permission to be a generalelectric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications, registered on the list of qualified bidders, and considered to have the relevant grade. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 25 February 2025 (Tenders submitted by mail : 17 : 00 16 February 2025) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Masaki I, Supply Section, Oita Prison, 5 choume 4 ban 1 gou hatakenaka, Oita 870-8588 Japan, TEL 097-543-5177 ext. 232
