Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kaiji Masaki, Obligating Officer, Director General of Matsuyama District Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning and Complex maintenance duties of Matsuyama Regional Common Building for Government Offices and the other six buildings. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2028. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Further- more, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C "offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Shikoku area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 25 February 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Akie Kuribayashi, Procurement Section, Finance Division, Matsuyama District Legal Affairs Bureau, 188-6 Miyata-cho Matsuyama-shi, Ehime 790-8505 Japan.
