In esecuzione della determinazione n. DD-2021-2072 esecutiva dal 07/09/2021, l’Amministrazione Comunale indice una procedura aperta, ai sensi dell’art. 60 del D.lgs 50/2016, con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa, ai sensi degli artt. 95 comma 3, lett. b) del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016, nonché nel rispetto degli indirizzi forniti dalle Linee Guida n. 1 “Indirizzi generali sull’affidamento dei servizi attinenti all’architettura ed ingegneria” approvate dal Consiglio dell’Autorità con Delibera n. 973 del 10/09/2016 aggiornate al D. Lgs. 56/2017 con delibera n. 138 del 21/02/2018 e aggiornate per ultimo con delibera n. 417 del 15/05/2019, per l’affidamento dell’incarico di architettura ed ingegneria per la progettazione definitiva ed esecutiva, direzione lavori, coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di progettazione e in fase di esecuzione, relativamente all’intervento di riqualificazione del Mercato Coperto e denominato “Lo Scrigno delle tipicità: a Ferrara rinasce l’Antico Mercato di Santo Stefano”.
