Ai sensi dell’art. 14.2 delle C.G.C. richiamate nel contratto, si è resa necessaria, attraverso l’esecuzione di un Atto Modificativo, la sola estensione temporale del contratto al 31/01/2024.

L’esecuzione di tali attività è stata affidata al contraente originale poiché un cambio di contraente sarebbe risultato impraticabile per motivi tecnici ed economici.
