ARERA ha aggiornato la regolazione della misura del servizio idrico integrato, imponendo, in particolare, un obbligo in riferimento al tema di informazione preliminare sui tentativi di lettura agli utenti dotati di misuratore non accessibile o parzialmente accessibile. E" inoltre necessario adeguare il software web ai fini di cui alle prescrizioni imposte. L"affidamento del servizio a tale operatore consente di evitare una inutile duplicazione di tempi e di costi di gestione.
