Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Il Regolamento UE 2020/2220 ha prolungato il periodo di programmazione 2014-2020 del Programma di Sviluppo Rurale dell"Emilia-Romagna (PSR) sino al 31 dicembre 2022, aggiungendo due ulteriori annualità. Inoltre, lo stesso regolamento ha anche modificato l’art.78 del Reg. 1305/2013, prevedendo che la relazione della Valutazione ex Post sia trasmessa alla Commissione entro il 31 dicembre 2026, determinando la necessità di prorogare l’attività di valutazione del PSR in itinere, intermedia ed ex post.
