      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         L"appalto ha ad oggetto le seguenti attività:

         A) attività necessarie al monitoraggio, all"implementazione e al mantenimento della MISE in corso presso il sito di Portonaccio, Roma;

         B) attività integrative comprensive della fornitura di materiali, manodopera e mezzi dopera necessari alla realizzazione di sondaggi geognostici, piezometri, monitoraggio, campionamento delle matrici ambientali evitando qualunque eventuale fenomeno di contaminazione indotta (acque superficiali e sotterranee, suolo, sottosuolo), trasporto dei campioni presso i laboratori scelti, invio a recupero/smaltimento materiali di scavo e tutela dell"ambiente e quanto altro previsto all"art. 4 del Disciplinare Tecnico.

         L"importo massimo stimato dell"appalto è di Euro 369.885,67, così suddiviso:

         1) Euro 295.000,00 importo a base di gara, di cui:

         - Euro 220.000,00 Importo del servizio di cui alla precedente lett. A), soggetto a ribasso di gara;

         - Euro 75.000,00 Importo del servizio di cui alla precedente lett. B), soggetto a ribasso di gara;

         2) Euro 885,67 Costi per la sicurezza, non soggetti a ribasso di gara;

         3) Euro 30.000,00 Somme a disposizione della Stazione Appaltante per imprevisti;

         4) Euro 44.000,00: Importo opzione estensione nell"ambito del 20%.

         Nell"ambito dell"importo complessivo dell"appalto, i costi della relativa manodopera sono stimati pari ad Euro 20.592,00 con riferimento al CCNL dei lavoratori addetti all"industria metalmeccanica privata e all"installazione di impianti 5 febbraio 2021 Tabella Ministeriale 1 giugno 2023 Livelli C1/C2/D2. Ai sensi dell"art. 41 e nel rispetto del comma 9 dell"art 108 del D. Lgs 36/2023, i costi della manodopera e della sicurezza non sono soggetti a ribasso; resta ferma la possibilità per l"operatore economico di dimostrare che il ribasso complessivo dell"importo deriva da una più efficiente organizzazione aziendale.
