le présent marché accord cadre à marchés subséquents a pour objet les études de maîtrise d"½uvre pour

des opérations d"aménagement d"espaces publics (création, entretien, rénovation), hors Requalification. Il

Sera confié au titulaire du marché les missions suivantes : ep, avp, pro, principalement, act, visa,

det, opc, aor plus occasionnellement, la Collectivité disposant en interne d"un service en capacité

d"exécuter ces missions. Le titulaire sera amené à travailler sur la chaussée et sur son corps, ainsi que sur

les parties annexes telles que les trottoirs, les pistes cyclables, les réseaux, les espaces verts, sur

l"ensemble du territoire public et privé de la Ville de Troyes (voiries, places, cours d"école, aires de jeux,

parcs, etc...). Chaque marché subséquent fera l"objet d"une mise en concurrence précisant les missions

demandées et le programme de l"opération. Le présent marché public sera conclu sous la forme d"un

accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents
