         L’erogazione dei Servizi prevede l’acquisizione di un tier che consente la gestione fino a 11 (undici) milioni di MTU (c.d. Maximum Transmission Unit mensili, unità massima di trasmissione) e, dunque, di 132 (centotrentadue) milioni di MTU nell’anno.

         La Committente si riserva la facoltà di modificare il tier di riferimento con quelli di seguito indicati:

         Secondo Tier - gestione fino a 15 milioni di MTU e, dunque, di 180 milioni di MTU nell’anno;

         Terzo Tier - gestione fino a 17,5 milioni di MTU e, dunque, di 210 milioni di MTU nell’anno.
