Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

In ragione dell’aggiornamento dei prezzi e del conseguimento degli obiettivi di efficienza energetica degli edifici in ristrutturazione e ampliamento, il progetto originariamente previsto per un importo di quadro economico di €. 3.777.600,00 è stato incrementato a un importo di €. 4.985.100,00 - Ad effetto dell"aumento del valore

delle opere progettate è risultato un aumento dei costi di progettazione, calcolati ai sensi del D.M. Giustizia 17.06.2016, per un ulteriore importo contrattuale di €. 87.304,63 pari al 32,33%.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ai sensi dell’art. 106 del D.Lgs 50/2016, valutando in particolare applicabile la fattispecie di cui al comma 1, lett. b) per le prestazioni supplementari risultanti ad effetto del maggior importo dei lavori, sussistendo le motivazioni alla variante del contratto in ragione della impraticabilità di un cambiamento dell’o.e. incaricato in relazione al solo e separato maggior importo risultante quale differenza tra la stima finale e l’importo stimato nella fase del concorso di progettazione (numero 1, motivi tecnici) e comporterebbe, altresì, notevoli disguidi in ragione della difficoltà (o impossibilità) ad introdurre una progettazione separata e distinta in relazione al maggior importo di lavori comunque non distinguibili o separabili da quelli di cui alla stima iniziale, rilevando in ultimo che i lavori di che trattasi dovevano essere aggiudicati entro il termine del 15.09.2023 (numero 2, notevoli disguidi)
