II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

La Fondazione La Biennale di Venezia, in occasione della 60. Esposizione Internazionale d’Arte curata da Adriano Pedrosa, che si terrà presso le aree espositive dell’Arsenale e dei Giardini a Venezia dal 20 aprile al 24 novembre 2024 (pre-apertura 17,18,19 aprile), intende bandire nell’anno 2023 la gara con Procedura Aperta per la realizzazione dei servizi di copertura assicurativa delle opere e dei materiali della Mostra.

Le aree espositive interessate dai servizi saranno:

Giardini: Padiglione Centrale, Padiglione Stirling e aree espositive esterne;

Arsenale: Corderie, Artiglierie, Sale d’Armi, Casette, Tese delle Vergini, Gaggiandre, Teatro Piccolo Arsenale, Teatro Tese Cinquecentesche, Giardino delle Vergini e aree espositive esterne;

Forte Marghera (Mestre VE): Polveriera austriaca e area esterna di competenza.

Il servizio richiesto prevede la copertura assicurativa delle opere esposte nell’ambito della 60. Esposizione Internazionale d’arte.

Le opere chieste in prestito e/o esposte nell’ambito della manifestazione di cui sopra saranno assicurate secondo le seguenti tipologie:

- contro tutti i rischi con la formula da “chiodo a chiodo”.

- “per la giacenza compreso trasporto lagunare”, trasporto lagunare dal punto di arrivo in terraferma di Venezia alle sedi di mostra e ritorno e giacenza presso le aree di mostra durante tutto il periodo di allestimento e svolgimento della mostra;

- per la sola giacenza (trasporto lagunare escluso), per alcune installazioni create a Venezia.

Sono previste le seguenti tipologie di prestiti: installazioni, modelli, dipinti, disegni, collages fotografie, grafica / exhibition copies, sculture, video, video installazioni, materiali tecnici, opere da collocare all’aperto

Periodo di copertura: 10 gennaio 2024 – 31 marzo 2025.

Valore complessivo presunto delle opere: Euro 200.000.000,00 (duecento milioni)

Valore presunto delle opere di cui si richiede riconoscimento dei danni dovuti ad umidità in locali chiusi per il massimo del 50% del valore in ogni singola opera assicurata solo per alcune opere su richiesta della Biennale: Euro 50.000.000,00 (cinquanta milioni)
