La presente integrazione è stata determinata da circostanze impreviste e imprevedibili emerse in corso di esecuzione contrattuale. In particolare, si è reso necessario ampliare il perimetro del contratto per far fronte a sopraggiunti obiettivi strategici del Dipartimento del Tesoro che hanno determinato un incremento di utilizzo di risorse del contratto in oggetto.
