Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

S tem aneksom se zagotavljajo dodatna sredstva za krpanje asfaltnih vozišč, s čimer bo izboljšana prometna varnost na državnih cestah.

Zakonska podlaga za izbiro postopka oddaje naročila je v skladu z 9. členom letne pogodbe in točko 5.3.2 Koncesijske pogodbe.
