         Il Servizio di Tesoreria e Cassa consiste nel complesso delle operazioni legate alla gestione finanziaria dell’Amministrazione contraente e finalizzate in particolare alla riscossione di tutte le entrate e al pagamento di tutte le spese facenti capo all’Azienda e dalla medesima ordinate.

         Il Servizio comprende, in particolare, l’esecuzione di tutti i pagamenti e le riscossioni a carico/favore dell’AOEC, la custodia dei titoli e valori, nonché di tutti gli adempimenti previsti in accordo e nel rispetto della disciplina contenuta nella normativa nazionale e regionale vigente in materia e nelle disposizioni di Legge emanate dalla Regione Sicilia in materia di contabilità degli Enti del Servizio Sanitario Regionale.

         Rientrano nel servizio anche eventuali servizi bancari non specificatamente indicati a priori ma comunque necessari al corretto funzionamento del medesimo.
