         a) iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese con l’indicazione nell’attività svolta di “mediazione assicurativa o riassicurativa di cui al D.lgs 7 settembre 2005, n. 209 o dicitura equivalente; b) iscrizione al registro degli intermediari assicurativi e riassicurativi di cui all’art. 109 del D.Lgs. 209/2005 – Sezione B “Broker”

         1) aver intermediato negli ultimi tre esercizi finanziari (2020, 2021, 2022) premi assicurativi per “Amministrazioni Pubbliche”, così come definite dall’art. 1, comma 2, del D.Lgs. 165/01 s.m.i. per un importo complessivo pari ad € 10.000.000,00;

         2) aver eseguito negli ultimi tre esercizi finanziari (2020, 2021, 2022) almeno 10 servizi di brokeraggio assicurativo presso “Amministrazioni Pubbliche”, così come definite dall’art. 1 , comma 2, del D.Lgs. 165/01 s.m.i.;

         In caso di raggruppamento temporaneo di imprese il requisito potrà essere soddisfatto dal raggruppamento nel suo complesso.(Vd. Sentenza Corte di Giustizia 28.4.2022 – Causa C - 642/2020)

         Ove le informazioni sui fatturati non siano disponibili, per le imprese che abbiano iniziato l’attività da meno di tre anni, i requisiti di fatturato dovranno essere rapportati al periodo di attività.
