          Il contratto di appalto potrà essere modificato, ai sensi dell’art. 106, comma 1 lettera a) del Codice, senza una nuova procedura di affidamento nei seguenti casi:

          1) per i Servizi manutentivi che la Stazione Appaltante si riserva di affidare per gli 8 anni successivi alla fine del periodo di garanzia per i quali si stima un importo pari ad € 172.800,00 (iva esclusa).

          2) in base alle esigenze aziendali che si dovessero presentare per sostituzioni o acquisizioni di parti e componenti degli stessi. La portata della modifica consentita non potrà superare il 30% sull’importo a base d’asta della fornitura del Sistema Radiologico

          3) per i lavori di adeguamento, la portata della modifica consentita è pari al 30% calcolato sull’importo a base d’asta della voce relativa ai lavori di installazione/opere edili ed impiantistiche e servizi tecnici di progettazione esecutiva, direzione lavori, coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di esecuzione dei lavori
