         a) iscrizione alla Camera di Commercio (o in uno dei registri professionali o commerciali dello Stato di residenzase si tratta di uno stato dell’UE, in conformità a quanto previsto dall’art. 83 del D.Lgs. n.50/2016 e s.m.i.) perattività inerenti l’oggetto di gara;

         b) inesistenza delle condizioni di esclusione dagli appalti di cui all’art. 80 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016 e s.m.i;

         c) i) iscrizione all’Albo Trasportatori conto Terzi ex art. 12 legge 298/1974 e s.m.i.;

         oppure in alternativa;

         (ii) licenza per Trasporto Merci conto Proprio da parte dell’operatore economico concorrente, previa sussistenzadelle condizioni normative inerenti il Trasporto Merci conto Proprio;

         iii) contratto di collaborazione di cui all’art. 105 comma 3 lettera c-bis D.Lgs. n. 50/2016 e s.m.i..
